What's Happening
Since Sally's Run, Steve Rink has been resting, getting ready to put on another spectacular event. The Sally's Run this year will be December 8th at 8:00 A.M.. We hope all of you will register early, and please invite one or two or three of your friends and family.
All of us involved with Sally's foundation have been trying to get the word out about us so we can build on the positive inspiring energy Sally left behind. Help us do that by donating to our cause. We are still selling the SMF shirts for both men and women, along with the Yurbuds and bracelets. Please buy a few of each, they are great gifts.
Some of the money that we generated from Sally's Run, and the donations from people and the community have gone to some great causes. Here are a few examples. Girls On the Run, Cactus Shadows High School, Moon Valley Grasshopper Bridge 5K, Az. Youth Road Runners, Marcos De Niza High School,Tempe High, Mountain Pointe High, Paradise Schools, Ranch Solano Hillcrest Campus just to name a few.

One Year Since the Day
We are quickly approaching the anniversary of our Beautiful Sally's death and we wanted to let everyone know what the foundation has planned for March 8th. We would like to spend part of the day by Sally's ghost bike on the corner of White & Parker Road and Maricopa/Casa Grande Highway. This is where you will find the pink bracelets. More additions will come later including racing shirts. We are trying to make Ironman AZ a "pink out". Linsey Corbin and other professional triathletes are trying to get everyone wearing a pink bracelet for Ironman Arizona coming up soon. Sally would have only been a few years away from using her full Marathon strength in the Ironman. Let's get Ironman AZ covered in pink to spread Sally's love of the sport and the Arizona endurance community.

Family and friends of Sally Meyerhoff have created the Sally Meyerhoff Foundation to carry on Sally's legacy for ever. We want to help other distance runners and Triathletes pursue their dreams, and achieve their athletic goals. Financial assistance may be offered to these individuals that require help to remain "Relentlessly Positive" in pursuing their dreams.
The Sally Meyerhoff Foundation is committed to helping distance runners and triathletes pursue their dreams that Sally was so passionate about. This may include travel expenses, running gear and entry fees, just to name a few.
